The Grenier/loft has been converted into 2 bedrooms & a bathroom each with exposed oak
beams. Although not ideal for taller people these are probably the most attractive rooms in the house each with its
own double glazed window and fully insulated (to keep cool in summer).
Nearly an acre of grounds which include oak, eucalyptus,
pomegranite, apple & cherry trees, an ancient well (working) Books, games & children's toys, high chair and a travel cot. BBQ's on the terrace. Restaurants galore in nearby towns & details of activities/vineyards/places to visit/places to eat. heated towel rail/radiator, 2 further 90 x 90cm showers on the ground floor (one in the annexe), both with wc`s and washbasins
plus a further bathroom upstairs with shower, wc & washbasin.

rear garden, pool & views over the neighbouring fields to the woods and the evening sunset.
